About

I’m Mike, and I’m glad you’ve found my page.  I believe therapy is an important process for people, even though some people think it can be scary at first.  One thing I want you to know is that I would never ask anyone to do anything I personally would not feel comfortable doing myself.  In fact, when we first start meeting, I will want to get to know you first so that we can agree on the goals you want to achieve.

I believe therapy promotes change.  While change may be scary, sometimes it is necessary and it can also be incredibly rewarding.  Therapy helps optimize the way change can occur and help us grow in healthier ways.  I look forward to meeting with you to figure out how to make the most out of the changes you want in your life:  whether it be wanting someone to talk to about thoughts and feelings you don’t normally talk about, major life changes, depression, or anxiety.

I work with people of all ages and have also done extensive therapeutic work with people on the autism spectrum, people with developmental delays, and also people with traumatic brain injury.
