In order for you and I to dictate the best course of treatment, I am generally a fee for service provider, but also accept Medical Assistance/Medicaid (MA) and Carefirst Bluechoice.  If you are going to use insurance, please verify with your insurance company that your plan covers therapy before arriving and what they cover.  For those who are not using insurance, I provide invoices upon request for you to submit to your insurance provider since some providers will reimburse for therapy if you are not using insurance.  In addition, I understand that some HSAs will reimburse for services as well.  If you have further questions, we can talk more about payment options.
